GBM Support Services Group offers a comprehensive range of support services which provide clean, safe, quality environment for our clients, their staff and customers.

Our cleaning, maintenance, waste and facilities management services support many leading organisations who operate in the commercial, public, retail and leisure sectors. Amongst our clients, we include international banks, leading law firms, offices and conference centres, airports, shopping malls and leisure parks.

Formed in 1987, we now employ more than 2000 who work throughout the UK and our turnover is in excess of £40 million each year. Since the company’s earliest days, we’ve provided highly efficient and effective services which put our clients and our staff at the centre of everything we do. As a result, we have many long-standing relationships with clients and have created a culture that ensures our staff can reach their true potential.

We believe a formal out of hours helpdesk has become an essential part of our service offering.

To this end, we created a dedicated and bespoke “Report Centre”. The Centre is manned 24 hours a day seven days a week by trained and experienced personnel and uses the latest equipment and technology.

“We are open for business when our customers are open for business and remain operational when our customers go home.”

This ensures our ability to respond quickly to any emergency situation and to deploy or re-deploy staff as necessary.
