GBM Embarks Upon Major Training Programme for Metronet
With over two million people boarding Metronet maintained trains every day, we at GBM are proud to play our part in ensuring a quality service within a complex operational environment.
We always take training seriously, but no more so than here and have recently embarked upon a major programme, in conjunction with Metronet, to deliver training sessions to over 400 staff.
The training covers all aspects of the contract, from cleaning best practice and methods to health and safety compliance, and has been developed and delivered by GBM’s Industrial Training Manager, Jamie Fraser. Jamie says, “We are already seeing significant benefits come through in terms of increased productivity and service quality and delegate feedback has been excellent.”
